Vegetables are the best sources of minerals and several other nutrients that are essential for our body. We have to eat vegetables and fruits on a daily basis so that our body can receive daily intake in right amount. You might be eating meat, eggs and fish regularly. But at the same time, you have to provide your body with vegetables and fruits intake on a daily basis so that it can receive a balanced diet. And when these fruits and vegetables are so important for us, why not store and preserve them properly so that whenever we want we can consume them.
